Just bought Betancourt Nutrition Big Blend protein.

It's a brown rice based bran. It's actually pretty good. It does have a slight aftertaste, but it easy to tell it's b/c of the brown rice. But I'm liking it overall and the profile is really good.

*EDIT* I mean brown rice bran, not quite sure why I wrote protein down. That doesn't even make sense, lol.

I've tried a couple of shots of 1MR (1 More Rep) in the past couple of weeks. I've taken it around 6pm, about a half hour before my workout. This stuff blows away every other pre-workout suppliment hands down. Honestly, it works so well, I can't take any more of it. Every time I tried it, I was up until at least 3am the next morning. I didn't feel jittery with it, but just had tons of energy. Maybe I should have it for breakfast....

I agree. It is awesome! I was going to take it just for the focus aspect. I had never felt so focused ever. And the energy is really indescribable. Couldn't sit still for hours, but not jittery at all. Driving was awesome with the focus it gave me. Then I read the back before I bought it and it said use on it on workout days only. FTL.

However, I'm concerned now with taking anything with 1,3 dimethylamylamine. Side effects seem to be kinda crazy. Although I had none of the supposed side effects. And had sex the night I took it with no problem what so ever.

I tried AEN Presurge Unleashed. Took it twice, and I've never felt more weird in my life. I literally felt sick. I took it back and am trying White Flood today.

stick to whey protein. It works, trust me as you end to get greater strength when trying to lift up weights.

I like my weight between 170-180lbs. The only supplement i take is gnc un-flavored protein powder, that has 21-23 grams of protein per serving.Some days i have 2 shakes, some days just 1. I eat 6-8 times a day, small servings of coarse. I've never used any other supplements. My advice is to learn your body, its too much information out there, and alot of lying going on. I do cardio 5-7 days a week, depending on how much junk food i eat.

I've been off supps for about a month now. But also took 3 weeks off. This is my first week back and I've just been having a glass of milk when I get home after the gym.

I'm pretty much a Universal Nutrition whore. All of this shit is usually kinda expensive but I've got a hookup here goes:

Animal Pak
Animal Omega
Animal Pump and Animal M-Stak (pre-workout)
Universal Torrent (post-workout with water)
Animal PM and ON Casein (with 1% milk before bed)
ON Pro Complex (with 1% milk throughout the day)
