Friday wasn't very crowded at all...I walked around and chatted with some journalists, spoke w/ Rawlings (the crazy Texan and veteran gumball/bullrun driver), drank free Monster the Monster energy drink girls were handing out, etc... Saturday was a bit more mobbed, but not a real serious crowd, you could get close to all the cars and generally wander around drinking free Monster energy drinks to your hearts content...Getting good pictures Saturday meant staying a little past the time they asked people to leave...I circled the M around and zipped by and revved the engine a bit prior to the rally's departure, they blocked off PCH for 15 minutes or so to let the lot empty...Photogs were hanging out on the bridges over the 10 freeway getting ready to shoot as the cars exited and sped on their way!
