Official - Bbq Meet On May 17th @ Alki
ALKI @ MAY 17TH, TIME 12:00 @ NOON PLEASE READ !!!! Now that we are approaching 30 BMWs alone (most likely 30+ people), which means there will probably some friends and other cars, other than BMWs, we need to prepare for more food and supply. I'll try to send pms to all of you who said to bring some of the stuff on the list to remind you 3 days before our meet but please make sure you are bringing some extras... If there's leftovers, we can swing by foodbank and donate some or you guys can take it back... NOW WITH THAT BEING SAID, IF THERE'S ANYONE WHO CAN BRING GRILLS, THAT WOULD REALLY COMPLETE THE LIST... DON'T BE SHY... IF OTHERWISE, WE'D HAVE TO BUY SOME AND COLLECT SOME MONEY, WHICH I REALLY DON'T WANT TO... I'M THINKING AT LEAST 1 OR 2 MORE GRILLS... I was getting all excite and ready for the May, 3rd. May 10th is the mother's day lo~ I think it would be tough for me to come and my buddies too. I got one E92 AW M3 and 2 Benz were ready for the May 3rd. They all can't come on the 10th.

alright guys... up until this point, that never brought to my attention and now again, i don't know if 10th is going to be good or not... maybe perhaps we should stay with 3rd... i'm fine with either of days, just trying to see which will turnout better... anybody else can't make it on 10th due to it's being mother's day? by the end of the day, if i get at least 2~3 people saying they can't make it on 10th i'll switch back to 3rd.
but lets keep this going as is as of right now and for those of you guys CAN make it, i would like you guys to chime in and decide what to bring... feel free to put your name next to the stuff you can bring... |

is 17th works out better for you guys? on e90post, it seems like a lot of people just realized that 10th is mother's day and can't make it due to that reason and now they want 17th...

i just changed official bbq meet date to 17th and as long as weather permits, it will be 17th... so for those of you guys who can't make it to 17th, i'm sorry... but i did try to accomodate everyone... i konw it's been quite a bit of delay of initial 3rd but i'm hoping eventually more people can make it on 17th instead of either 3rd or 10th...

Here are things that we need for the meet. If you can bring any of stuff from the list, put your screenname next to it. More the better and feel free to bring more than 1 item from the list... If there's too much food left, we can swing by food bank and donate afterwards too...
