That's cool. Since it seems like you're in good with the Gintani guys can you shed any light on their S/C?

They can come to Gintani if they want to prove something. Sticky is going to be coming up soon to test out the exhaust.

I think the car has plenty of HP already, what it needs is TORQUE, that is where this car is lacking. Even with the same HP, if we had an extra 50-60lbft of TQ, this car would be a real rocket.

Unfortunately for that kind of TQ increase you need a S/C or a bigger displacement motor.

How is the exhaust cabin sound at lets say 65-70 mph cruising? Sounds mega beastly though...

I want to know that as well. If there is little droning, I think I am leaning towards this system over my other contender the UUC/Corsa system.

I am looking at just the rear section though. Also, how is the fit and finish? Any fitment issues or any exhaust smell slipping into the cabin.

My local BMW tuning shop says to watch out for some of the systems out there as they allow exhaust fumes in the cabin.

Actually for being almost completely straight piped its not bad at all. When cruising at freeway speeds the cabin is fairly quite as long as the windows are up. I can still talk to people etc. There is only a light drone at like 2100-2800 but anywhere before or after that the exhaust is quite in the cabin. Im never at those RPMs so I dont have any complaints. Ive even cruised next to cops and so far so good (knock on wood).

Are you talking just the rear section, or the full system? Also any comments about any smells or fumes leaking into the cabin?
