I recently went to a so cal court with the intention of asking the judge for 12 hour traffic school, because I have already been to traffic school within 18 months.
The Clerk told Me that a Judge can no longer approve a 12 hour school if You have been within 18 months. Anybody heard of this ? My ticket is for 82 in a 65, CHP motorcycle officer standing on the side of the FWY with radar gun in hand. I'm considering one of these ticket lawyers mentioned in previous post's . |
