IND distribution = AMAZING customer care

I just needed to create this thread because of how happy i am that i did business with IND distributions. it is almost overwhelming what they do to make you happy sometimes you think they are joking when they do things for you because it is so outrageously amazing. my sales rep while buying my Eisenmann exhaust was Ilia. he alone was one of the reasons i decided on getting the Eisenmann exhaust and during the whole process, even when there was an issue form the manufacturing co in germany Ilia made sure i stayed happy. as far as customer service i think that IND may be the best I've encountered to so far in my life the professionally of how they always either answer the phone or call you right back is something i wished was practiced throughout the companies on this forum. You really feel like they have the same feeling of enthusiasm for your car as you do. so in conclusion thank u so much for everything Ilia and the rest of IND for making my car the best it will be as stress free as possible.

Confused. I emailed IND twice and posted twice on the ER connecting pipes w/o response. I was told I was on the list for the first round of pipes, which should have been delivered by now based on their estimate. So, congrats to you, but what's up with my service?

i sent two or three pm's to IND and no response as well ... and I was also told I was on the list for the first 20 sets of pipes

Guys its best to reach us by email. Half of the connecting pipes came in a few weeks ago and the next shipment is going out this Friday. We will get all the connecting pipes out asap.

I received my Eisenmann Race exhaust and connecting pipes on wednesday and installed it yesterday.... it sounds amazing!!! Oh Im also very impressed that they included a pair of heat shield with the connecting pipes! Thanks!

Thanks to Nate & Ilia for answering all my questions and everyone else at IND for shipping it out so quicky and excellent customer service!

This was addressed almost as immediately as I posted. Whatever the reason being for the original delay, I appreciate it being quickly resolved. That always goes a long way. Thanks IND.

In the end, we started this business because we are car enthusiasts, and the only reason I'm still here, personally, is because of how great it is to see someone else fall in love with their car after working with us. The rest doesn't matter.

Every time I've placed an order with IND they always follow up after I receive it to make sure I'm happy with it and everything worked out ok. It's nice to see them go the extra mile and take the few minutes out of the day to make the phone call. They've always matched any low price for me and if they can't beat it I usually still choose them because I know if there's any issue with the product they will immediately take care of it. I should have some pics posted by this weekend of my newest mod supplied by IND.
