Service Recommendations

My M3 is on EU order for late June, but I was wondering who you recommend locally for service? I am considering Passport BMW, Tischer BMW, and BMW of Annapolis. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Passport will do door to door service, if convenience is a must i would recommend them

I know the Master Shop Foreman at Passport and he is a great stand up guy. Will work with you to fix your car right, not just give excuses like some other dealers in the area. Highly recommend them.

Towson BMW did very well for my 1200 service with the loaner and all.

I go to Russel BMW in Ellicott City.
They gave me a low mileage oil change under warranty this past week as I've hit 7400 miles and it's been one year since I got the car.

I used to use Passport and they were excellent...I think Tony was the guy I dealt with and he was great. I use Annapolis now but since I work in Arlington may start using them or Passport again...an excuse to go talk to Joernn
