Exclusive club

Ok, I probably found this more amusing than you guys will.

So I go to the mall around here maybe once every week, week and half or so. The last 6 or 7 times or so that I've went there was always this silver 323ci parked out by itself in the empty end of the lot on the side that I usually park, I figure it must be someone who works at the mall.

Well as the saying goes "there's safety in numbers" so I started going out of my way to park my M3 next to it, figuring it would be safe from door dings there. Well I did this today after work and when I came out of the mall now there is an X5 there too!

I just thought it was funny how at this empty corner of the parking lot there is a small crowd of BMW's growing. And that 323ci is always there when I visit the mall too!

Took some cruddy iPhone pics of this "gathering" today, he he

I think I'm enjoying my first BMW too much

next time park where the X parked and a lil closer to the curb, so you only leave one side exposed

You guys are territorial,literally hahahaha

Using Webster's definition, defending against door dings... the E46 is well protected.

b: of or relating to or organized chiefly for home defense <a territorial army> c: of or relating to private property3 a: of or relating to an assigned or preempted area

I wish that that works. Two years ago, around Christmas time, I parked with only one side exposed, and some lady was done putting stuff in her car and she shoved the cart hard. It hopped the curb and dinged my car.

Moral of the story: Parking lots are dangerous
