just a note the Hawk HP+ are recommended for both track and street. they are however very noisy.

That's great advice and I'd like to do this. If I could ask one question, when you changed pads did you repeat the bed in procedure each times you changed pads (for the track pads and stock or street pads)?

Just an aside...track pads for M3 in the UK are ~$200 for a front set.
