Brothers On a Drive - E92 and Cayman S

My brother and I went out for a drive to "loosen-up" his new Cayman S Porsche Design Edition 1...

Since I have been on this forum a while:

Yes, my brother is young, i know we are spoiled, I know its not fair...
Please don't flame us too much. We are a family of true motorsport enthusiasts and we know exactly what we are driving inside and out. We respect the road and everyone on it. We appreciate everything we have and enjoy it to the max every day (who wouldn't )

For the SoCal guys, photo's were shot @ top of stunt road and the others on Encinal Canyon.

Enjoy!

Not a "look-a-like" - the Design Edition 1's come with 911 Turbo wheels.

Can you describe what you think are the major differences between the two (in terms of driving experience)?
And I've been curious about the stripes and the label on the side of the Design Editions - is it painted on or a vinyl-type sticker?

Thanks.

Both are beautiful cars. My shop AtSpeedMotorsports had one in the showroom...they are limited and very nicely appointed.

What's not to like??? Two bros out for a drive...

Spoiled isn't so bad, if you truly appreciate what has been provided.

Enjoy the rides.

My previous car was a Cayman S with the optional 19" Turbo wheels. I now have the M3 sedan as I need a 4 door for my young son. Both were/are daily drivers. For me personally, the Cayman S was a more fun car to drive. The M3 definitely has more power/punch, but it's heavy and feels it going into corners, etc. I don't think the coupe is much different in that regard. The Cayman had a better 6 speed transmission, better clutch feel, better steering, better seating position, better brakes, etc. So they are quite different cars in terms of feel. You have to drive them yourself really.

my bad... i thought the real turbo wheels wouldnt fit on the cayman since they offsets are different... i thought they were just designed to look like the turbo wheels but are actually narrower? could be wrong though.
