New 2009 E90 Options/Color Decision?

I know that some of you have seen the thread of my wrecked E90, but now it is time to pick out a new E90 M3. I wanted to take a quick poll. Please keep in mind I am in Arizona and Black is definitely not up for color consideration.

Please give me your opinion:

DCT or 6MT
Ext Color?
Int Color?
Options?

Maybe able to help you with options, if you have questions. But as far as DCT/MT, and colors, these are pretty personal. Depends on what you like. But since you asked, I like to see Lemans on bamboo with every option clicked.

You might get a better response by posting in the general M3 forum, rather than the Engine, Transmission, Exhaust, Drivetrain Modifications forum..

However, I'm very happy with my car, which is:

E92 Space Gray, blk interior w/carbon fiber trim, 6MT, 19" rims, sunroof, premium audio, ipod adapter, etc...

I agree that the 6MT is a lot of fun to drive, but I've yet to drive the DCT, so can't compare.

I had the same problem as you, I was confused. I ended up going with Melbourne Red/Black M-DCT, Moonroof, and every other option possible. Honestly tho, if there was one thing I could change it would be the transmission. I got the M3 after returning a 6MT Audi S5, and the stick is a lot more fun, and it's just a cooler feeling. DCT does everything for you. Don't get me wrong the DCT is plenty fast, and fun. However, if you know how to drive stick well, then i'd say get the stick.

I saw pics of Space w/ Bamboo, and that looked really good and very unique. I love my Space w/ extended Fox, but the Bamboo really stood out.

Holy sh*t man, I remember your pics from when you picked up the car. You were one of the first with an IB sedan. Sorry to hear it, but glad you survived that mess.

I would definitely stick with Interlagos. In fact, I'd order the same car you had before. It looked great!
