I Should buy the maintenace plan right?

Hi,
i bought an m3 coupe 1 month ago, and just wanted to know if you guys could help me out, regarding whether to take the maintenance plan or not, i was gonna take it for 3 years...but I dont fully know its benefits, pitfalls, etc?
how many of you have it and use it, does it have an major limitations, is it worth the money for someone who just drives everyday, highway and city, all year round, sun and snow./
for 3 years, its either 1000 or 1500$, i dont fully remember.
anyways, help would be much appreciated
thanks again

What maintenance plan are you referring to, most new Ms come with maintenance included.

I don't think Canada gets the free maintenance, that might be what he is talking about

Sorry guys, for the lack of information, its the extended maintenance plan, i guess. in canada, we get the standard service and oil changes and that type of stuff included. but this is the plan that includes clutch, wiper blades, brakes, etc...
like you buy it on top of the regular included services, i was told it covers wear and tear, in lamens terms.
so i was wondering if it was worth it, and if 3 years is the right period to take it for as the price nearly doubles for 4 years. my main question is it worth it on a car that is likely to not see the track or be driven really hard. city and winter and highway mostly, but i drive a lot. so i was wondering essentially, how long a clutch, brakes and such would last with normal average use...i know this is hard to estimate, but i do 70 km a day or a bit under, 70% highway, and a fair amount of city traffic.
thanks

What are the conditions? Like what do they cover, is there a deductible, etc?

It's only worth it if you plan on keeping your car for up to that time frame.

hi, yes i will keep the car for three years, but after that i dont know, i didnt lease it, but will probably want something new by the 4th year, and a 4yr maintenance plan on this car is significantly more costly.
there are no deductibles, and my service manager essentially said take it for three years; you can blow the clutch as many times as you want and they charge bmw, when the brakes are done, same thing, wiper blades, etc.
no cosmetic coverage, and it becomes void if you "race the car", they check using your keyfob according to her.
i just want to know, in three years on this car, how many clutches and brake jobs, wipers, etc will i go thru with average use...i assume more than 1500$ worth?

Keyfob isn't going to know if you're on a normal highway or a track. That's BS. They'll know though if you're beating throuh brakes and pads all the time.

i asked the lady about this precisely, and said, i go well over 100kmh on the highway and like to gun it, and i wont take the plan if thats how you define racing, she said, that they understand people drive hard that dont race, but she said if you redline each gear and hit the speed limiter, thats defined as racing according to them.

also, i told her, what if i am stupid and blow through 3 clutches in a year, from carelessness or whatever, even intentional; she said it is fully covered.
