A lot of people will probably mistakingly pass you for being Mexican, too - since both Italian and Mexican flags are strikingly similar but most folk in the U.S. are familiar with the Mexican flag.

Yup, I made the mistake of getting a hammer and sickle tattoo in the 80s thinking at that time the USSR would take over the world. Then the wall came down and now I'm sorry I got it.

Just kidding, of course!

I think tattoos are kind of a turn-off as well

Hahaah you guys are great.

WELL if i decide to get the tat, im gonna do it later. I'll wait and see if i REALLY want it. Because honestly, this idea came into my head about 2 days ago. I think i need a lot more time before i actually go and do it. so ill hold off.

The best was line was from sharp "Why would anyone want to draw all over the mona lisa with crayon? It's already a masterpiece...leave it alone"

:rocks:

Also that picture of the cannoli looks like a penis!

There are still plenty of Americans living who lost family members fighting Benito Mussolini and his facist regime for example.
Take it easy with your comments. Italy is no longer facist country. Plus. the Italian flag changed since the Mussolini era. The cross in the middle has been removed.

J/K why not get something that represents you not your heritage. I mean nothing wrong with representing your heritage but you already look Italian so getting an Italian flag is kinda overkill. I would only get something that represents my heritage if people mistake me for being something else all the time

WTF??? That does not look like a canolli!!!

Plus you would be further outside of BadBob's definition of a "real woman". Get a the tat if you are so inclined. CLASSY TATTOOS ARE INCREDIBLY SEXY!!!!!!!!

Well you obviously DO know what you like. Luckily we live in a time and place where the majority of men are NOT looking for what you define to be a "real woman". If you've found your perfect woman, kudos to you. I'm sure there is a shortage "real woman" by your definition. That's not necessarily a bad thing! With your post in the other thread, I'm sure (obviously unbeknownst to you) that you offended and insulted many men (who are attracted to women with tats, piercings, drink alcohol, etc...) and women who do not fall into your your definition of "real".

i'm not down with most tats, esp. of a country's flag. I can't imagine tattoing a U.S. flag, or outline or any other for that matter. Ethnic pride is one thing, this is just weird.

It may sound weird to you, but i happen to think tatting a butterfly or fairy is more weird. What purpose does it serve? Um.. cause i like fairies? Go buy a fairy necklace or hang out with a gay dude, but to have that on forever is just weird. You know?

I agree... how about a cross (if you're devout), or a name of a loved one.. those kinds I can understand, something really personal to one. To me, if you're gonna ink up, it really should be something special or personal to you. While you may love a nation, its just not a "personal" thing... i dunno thats just my thought.

edit: Oh and by the way, when i say loved one, DON'T PUT A BOYFRIENDS NAME ON IT. nothing funnier than when someone does that and then breaks up.... lol.

my ex had a butterfly lol... when I was hitting it from the back I always tried to avoid looking at that damn butterfly for some reason... everytime that f@cking butterfly there, it's like it was following me, weird feeling I must say... it's sexy if you looking at it from few meters away, but DAMN, looking at that during sex is WEIRD
