Great time @ Friends of PIR event today

We didn't take the E92 out on the track today, but had a great time getting driven around the track with instructors. I got driven in a very beautiful 996 GT3 w/ HREs and a few other mods. We went in the morning and left at around 9:30AM (Saw Pizdous on the way out

), and then came back at 12:15. We ended up leaving after it started raining, but it was very fun while we were there! The GT3 that I drove in was excellent on the track. It had amazing grip in the corners and the driver (awesome driver) executed perfect heel and toe downshifts every time.

yeah it was awesome! had a really good time.. only wish we could have drove a little faster.. their were some miata's and a ford mustang in front of me hardly moooooving..... we kept on having to slow down and wait for them to get ahead.. still fun though.

That's too bad you had to wait. Those spec Miatas are loud! BTW, Special thanks to Mark, one of the organizers of the event who is a regular at C&C. Extremely nice guy.
