Ceramic tint

hey i was wondering if you can tell the difference from Non-ceramic vs ceramic tint by just looking at the two?

im still debating if its worth the extra money to go with ceramic then non-ceramic.

biggest difference is I am told is ceramic for a given % tint is much more heat rejecting than normal tint.

I don't know if there is any way to tell ceramic tint from normal tint visually though.

just don't get metallic if you want your CA to work properly. I have HO ceramic and mine still acts up a little.

Ceramic will reject more heat and will not interfere with Comfort Access...

Plus you are getting a good deal for doing a group buy!

Like I said before. I put HO ceramic on my e90 M3. I noticed an immediate reduction in CA performance. Sometimes I have to touch the handle for a few seconds or touch it a couple of times. It just acts funny. It is not as bad as the hybrid tint I had on my 335 but it is still a pain sometimes. A few peeps on other boards have told me that I am not the only one. If I had it to do over again I would get Pinnacle.

If you want to be 100% safe go with F1 Pinnacle ceramic.

Had HO on my Mercedes before, no problem with Keyless Go, but it was more mechanical system.

Had F1 on my 335xi coupe, no problem with CA

I paid the extra cash for the ceramic 5% llumar. I will always use llumar. The only reason that I went ceramic was because the guys at the shop said that the metalic has been known to cause interference with the nav sys. I have no problems with CA
