oh yeah Vulcan is an amazing car club. IF you have 10K lying around you should definitely join and enjoy some of the best vehicles in the world.
You can drive a 430 this weekend and then an R8 the weekend after.

Cliffside Park (near GWB)

Once the weather breaks there's usually a boat load of cars at the Starbuck in Edgewater Commons. All different types of cars and motorcyles on Thursdays. Until some yahoo ruins it and the cops start shutting it down. Hopefully there won't be too many yahoo's this year.
