Faquier Co Speeding Violation

Hey gents
Buddy of mine's wife got a ticket in Fauquier Co for doing 85 in 65 mph zone and they tagged her with reckless driving and a misdemeanor case requiring a court appearance. Quote 46.2.862 of the good VA book for the charge. Any advice or contacts in pleading it down or a good lawyer that deals with that Co prosecutor? Please advise if you know somebody to help him..even though he wasn't driving an M?

No but I have an Escort Solo which I use and switch back and forth amongst vehicles!

Can't use it in VA anyway...hey you can always talk to Chris in Gaithersburg or VOB and get them to do a quick V1 install in the interim you know! Or order your V1 now express mail! Call it a tax write off on 15 April! LOL

On another note...am looking at trading/selling my 997 likely..hate to say it but the M3 has it gathering dust it is so good! Need to decongest my garage but maintain my people/stuff hauling capacity. Maybe a Cayenne S to upgrade my X5 4.4i...hmm
