Looks much better in black then in the gold BMW originally showed the new 7 in.
Alpina isn't about much flash visually. Is anyone else bothered by the new side mirrors that look like ping-pong paddles? The facelifted E90, this new 7. They're way too large.

/\ Couldn't see them past the bulbous tail lights.
Meh on the new Alpina design. I liked the old B7 better.

The 7-series crowd is drooling over it. Still looks flabby to me. The E38 Alpina is still far better looking.

There were about 20 of the new 7-series by my house, in San Elijo Hills. I don't know if it was a test drive or a press thing.
