wight loss pills? suggestions?

aside from my diet and exercise are there any pills i can take that are healthy and will help with wight loss. I am exercising 7 days a week and have been put on a diet by a nutritionist that i am sticking to. Would just rather loose the fat so i can start building muscle.

thanks

Im guessing you're trying to lose JUST fat, right?

I've been adding mass for the last few months and have decided to start getting lean for the summer. After lots of research, I ended up on this site:

http://www.getdietsolutions.com/

I've decided to give Apidexin a shot, which can be seen here:

http://www.getdietsolutions.com/apidexin/

There are no "magic pills" so to speak. You're going to have to create a great exercise routine and maintain a healthy diet.

Lipo6 works well but you must have a strict diet/ exercise schedule to get good results..

+1,000,000. Even when I was at my old self prior to the 50 lbs drop, I never ever thought about taking pills to make me shed pounds. Hell even now, I still don't take supplements to help me bulk up. Being into the health science side always made me concern with stuff like this, in the long term effect.

I too don't suggest using pills. There are so many out there and it's hard to know what the effects are on your body. I would just do it the natural way and only resort to pills as the last resort.

How does "wanting to cut corners by using diet pills" make you more mature than other people? It makes you look like one of those whiney little fake-ADD college kids who want to go to med/pharm/vet/law schools by taking Adderall or Ritalin to gain an edge.......

Simply put, all the "natural" diet pills don't work, and the prescription diet pills are mostly psychotropic medications that have serious side effects. It can even make you have an MI, aka heart attack.

Healthy weight loss doesn't come in pill form. Never has. Never will.

I would also recommend that you train hard along with your diet and you will see huge changes in your body composition. Once you get down to single digit BF then you can worry about fat burners IMO. With that said if you want an extremely mild supplement that will also work as a thermogenic in addition to being a great anti-oxidant then you can go with green tea extract. I take two 500mg caps per day since I started my cut. Is that what's giving me results? No, but there are many health benefits aside from the slight metabolic boost.

I have been working out for the past 2 months 3 times a week and haven't lost a pound, my body structure hasnt really changed much either, I guess its time to try a trainer or something for me.

to the OP... I am not recommending weight loss pills because they all only do one thing. Cover up your appetite. Which means your body still needs intake and your muscle will turn to fat. You need to learn to control your appetite naturally so that way once you get into the swing of things your body will adjust properly without some false supplement.

If you haven't changed your diet, that's the problem. I know people who go to the gym 4-5 times a week, but the only things that show are bigger arms and chest. Everything else remains the same due to their poor diet.

3 times a week, assuming each session is a good work out, should yield some result after 2 months. Not much, but you should be able to see the change.
