Range Rover Evoque-Real Life Pic's

Had a chance to kick the tires on an Asian Spec Fuji White Evoque. The car was for display only and you could not drive the vehicle. The dealer only had the car for two days.I really, really like this car.The first few pic's give you a size comparison up against a Porsche Cayenne,Range Rover Sport and an LR2.I was very surprised how small the car is in person. The Evoque is 171.8' long compared to the new X3 at 183.00' long. The new X3 is a foot longer than the Evoque. The interior is very sharp...the color is Tan Oxford Leather. The curb weight of the Evoque is 3,680 lbs.You can't find many Sport Sedans that weight less than 4,000 lbs.Power is a Ford EcoBoost Turbo 4 cylinder. 240hp/251 torque.Probably needs more power. Enjoy. Thanks. PalBay

Wow, that looks great!

No idea it was so much smaller than the rest of the fleet.

This was the same car Slow drove through the desert on Top Gear.

Either way, nice car. I don't understand how it irks a few members here when I've heard nearly universal praise for it otherwise. Looks nice and clean, almost like a concept car, where is the controversy?

I knew it was going to be small. But that thing is tiny.

Makes the LR2 look big.

Love the front, not fussed on the rear....

Interior is classic Range Rover tho - I like.

X3 instead for me.

the interior is pretty impressive for a car that, in this spec, will be about $52k

I agree that it looks nice, and the numbers even look okay, but $52k for a four cylinder? Do they think they're Lotus?

I admit that I'd rather have a decent four cylinder than a crappy V6, but even with the swanky interior, this thing just seems overpriced.

$52k for a 4 cylinder trying to push 2 tons no less.
A expensive turtle.
