Service rep recommendation...Seattle area

Need to have the car looked at due to my SOS call system malfunction warning. I am hoping someone can recommend a good service rep at either BMW Bellevue or Seattle (bought the car from Bellevue). I need to have something else looked at also and want to make sure the car is attended to properly and the service done promptly. Also posted in the pnw section, but there is not much activity on there. Thanks again!

I have limited experience with the Seattle service reps for my M3 in since I only went there for the 1200 service. I dealt with Marc Mercier at Bellevue and have nothing bad to say. Service was done on time and accurately.

I have also heard good things from Alex Long at BMW Seattle.

Hope that helps.
