Same here, they look under the hood and hook up the carīs exhaust pipe to a dyno monitor to determine emission and if you donīt pass, well, you in deep!! But, if you pass, no problem, you can do whatever you want to your car as long as you pass.

I don't live in CA, but how would a supercharger automatically fail you? there are car's with turbos and superchargers

also, any update? It would serve good marketing to release some pics / dyno / prices / more videos, as the market is nearing to go full open for stroker / supercharger kits.

Cali is extremely strict. Any type of aftermarket engine part has to display some sort of sticker in the engine bay saying it's smog legal etc.

yeah i was riding with a friend of mine and we got pulled over because of the dinan exhaust on his 335 which isnt that much bigger than stock. The cop made him pop his hood and everything. (i live in southern california). if he saw this http://www.g-power.de/1007.html?&L=1 i think he would have got us in deep.

Yes i am very eager to get a kit in Australia installed. We have a car lined up for the install so as soon as we can get a kit we will be underway.

It's all good to have more power, but if it just means you spin the wheels faster it's not doing to much for you. After watching that video they gotta work on some traction issues. Now if you could get this car to plant that power on the ground it would be crazy.
