best places for NON CERAMIC TINT in central/north NJ

I keep hearing different things...I am looking for a 30-35% tint that has no "reflective" look to it at all. I currently have tint on my 335xi and although it is not mirror tint at all, it someitmes appears to have a little bit of reflection in it. Looking for a shop that will do a good job at a fair price. If they are good with the dot matrix, even better.

Also, on my E90 335xi, I had to have felt installed in the weather strips on the doors as my tint was getting scratched when I opened and closed the windows. Does the E92 M3 have the same issue? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
