Snowflake

I drove over the hill on the 101 to Calabasas and I got a warning light in the shape of a snowflake. It was a complete surprise to me but I knew what it meant as it was 39 degrees on the way there. By the time I got home, the display read 32 degrees F! I can't remember the last time it was this cold in SoCal...

That's not a snowflake, it's a throwing star. It's a GPS based warning that you're nearing a wild ninja habitat.

I agree, can't remember the last time it was this cold out here. Also, as I am sure you heard, it snowed on the peak of Kanan during our last storm. I live in Pacific Palisades and can tell you I was freezing my ass off.

I got that the other day, too, but I don't remember the temp hitting 32 degrees. This was in San Jose.

20.2 mpg?? How the hell do you manage that? I'm lucky to get 16 and I drive like an old lady. Mostly on the highway.

The warning comes on at 37 degrees, it alerts you that it's getting near freezing.

Or that there are ninjas in the area.

That's actually average over the last tank. I drive mostly freeway cruising around 80 according to the speedo. The only time I speed up is when I drive through the ninja area.

Come to think of it, I think the temp was indeed at 37.

If there were ninjas, I didn't see them. Then again, ninjas are supposed to be good at not being seen...
