He very knowledeable about bmw's and works hard at his job. I was very worried to have work performed on my car as it's practically brand new, but after learning of his excellent work I was ready to bring my car in for the repair.

Yeah, adam(socaltech) is a great tech. He is willing to work with you and figure out the problems. Dropped my car off last weekend and got my diff noise & squeaky seat fixed.

I'm setup for an appointment at Southbay on Friday with Alex and Adam. This is my first service, I just tipped over 1200 miles. I can't wait to get on her a bit!

I saw Adam and Alex this past Friday and I must say, what an awesome experience! Southbay has an awesome customer waiting area, multiple flat panels, wifi, and a small restaurant even! The ///M Cafe.

Thanks again to Adam and Alex for taking great care of my M and me!
