What's up everyone, just wanted to post up to say "hi" and introduce myself. Name is Mike, live and work in NOVA. Just placed my order for 2009 E92 AW. My first BMW and my first non-Japanese car. Pretty excited as I always wanted one, going to be a long next few weeks waiting for it to come in. Have been torn between M3, GTR, RS4 or S5 but finally pulled the trigger on the M. I keep telling myself that I'm not going to do anything to it but we all know how that goes. Here's what happened with my last two but that was also before wife, kids, mortgage...

As a former S2K and a G35 owner, I can appreciate the pros (and some cons..

) in both.

Mike as in Merlin from S2Ki? I don't remember how you spelled it, but I definitely remember that silverstone S2K....

Seems like there are a lot of us moving in this direction

I just picked up my '08 AW E92 a couple weeks ago (am 1AP12NV on S2Ki). Still have my AP1, although it has become a dedicated track car now.

Yes, that was/is I. m777erlin from s2ki.com.

Wish I could have kept my AP1, loved that car. Went to the G35 after that but just sat in my garage....for years....2004 with less than 12K miles, was so sad. Can't wait for the E92 to arrive, looking like late December but had to as I got a great deal on a 2009!

Swapped my order for a similar (more options

) E92. Sitting on the port waiting to clear customs so it shouldn't be too long!

Thanks! I will post some pics when I get it cleaned up. Rain and nasty weather hasn't helped. Was tinted on Tuesday so don't want to wash or roll down the windows for a few days. Hopefully I will get some time this weekend.

What's up man, been a long long time. I saw him a few weeks ago but didn't get it there, was going to no doubt but ended up taking a dealer exchange for an 09 that just came in. Got a stupid deal because of some issues I had with a salesman so I took it. How have you been, still doing your thing I see.
