▀▄ eas | remoteKEY™ now available - open/close your windows with your key!

Just added to the lineup, remoteKEY offers customizable, useful features, in one easy to install product.

This unique comfort controller can be installed by anyone with the help of our detailed installation manual. Installation requires little electronic skills and is done without cutting wires or soldering! The module comes with all wires and parts needed. No need for extra key fobs. Everything is done with the original key remote.

The control unit was designed by our certified engineer, having years of experience on Porsche and Mercedes Benz vehicle electronics. It was developed according to all European and American (CE, FCC) directives and constitutes a state-of-the-art electronic onboard control unit. Over-voltage protection, reverse polarity protection, safety shut-off and absolutely minimal standby power drain can be taken for granted.

Unique design features only to be found in remoteKEY:

- Fully E13 tested and certified: E13 10R-02 4133
- Ultra-low power standby mode (less than 0.1mA)
- InstallAID™ LED shows correct installation and status
- Intuitive Setup menu for easy customization

Product Features:
- Remote window control: One-Touch operation of the windows and sunroof with the original remote on all models (US and Euro)
- Automatic door unlocking when ignition is turned off. Avoid having to pull the door handles twice to get out
- Comfort windows: All windows can be closed One-Touch with the wide "All-Windows" button in the driver's door.
- User programmable: The module can be individually enabled or disabled. All settings are retained even if the car battery is disconnected.
- Shop/Diagnose mode: If activated the module is completely passive, as if it was not installed at all. It becomes invisible to diagnostic tools.

Here's a couple of videos of the kit in action showing remote window and mirror features:

okay. so i have never seen my fob or touched it in like months. and honestly i dont want to have to touch it (thanks for comfort access). will these features work with comfort access? i.e. when i look the door from the door handle, etc?

im interested in something that automatically folds my mirrors once i lock it by touching the door handle. is that a scenario this gadget satisfies?

The remoteKEY works independently of CA.

Autofold mirrors can be set to actuate when the doors are locked/unlocked or via the key FOB.

What about both?

Can this unit make the siren chirp (when car is locked/unlocked) if we have the alarm but it isn't activated by BMW?

If you already have the alarm, why not get it activated?

Does the smartop do all of these things as well and is it compatible with 2009 iDrive?

None of the features smartTOP or remoteKEY communicate with will interfere with iDrive.

Thanks, but does it do everything that the remoteKEY does in addition to top functions?

So basically all this does is allow you to fold your mirrors with the FOB and put up your windows with the FOB?

A bit more than that:

- One-touch window roll up with key FOB, including sunroof
- Mirror folding (choice of auto or manual fold)
- Removes the double-lock on interior door handles when exiting the vehicle

Its one of my most used features on my own M3.

I have a e93, will this work to open and close my convertible with one touch? I have to stand next to it and hold it.

I can close and open my windows technically with my FOB.
