E90 335i wheels on E92 M3????
Well guys after 1.5 years of owning my 335i its finally going back to bmw .... I love the car but after countless amounts of visits to the service department; BMWNA finally agreed to lemon the car. I've been thinking of seizing the moment and moving up to the M3 but I'm wondering what to do with the wheels and springs that are on the 335i now The fenders are rolled and its a tight fit (no rubbing though) .. even with the H&R race springs and 20's
Would these wheels fit an E92 M3 without any issues or would the offsets need to be corrected (front and/or rear) (picture of car in sig.)

335i wheels will not fit an M3, totally diff offsets and brake clearance.
The 335 is like ET30 offset while the M3 is ET20. maybe spacers but I wouldn't on my M3 |

I agree with you as far as stock wheels but his have a pretty aggressive offset. They might work out ok on the M3 without spacers.

wow, sorry to hear about all the troubles... its amazing that some of us had so many problems and some of us were lucky. I had racked up 33,000 miles and it was flawless.
yes I drove it hard, with the exception of exhaust, it was stock. good luck with your choice, I am happy with my M3 after a few days

I have a set of snow tires mounted on 18" Style 189 Rims off a 335. Front needs 10mm spacers for the caliper to clear wheel weights and I put 15mm spacers in the rear for cosmetics while preserving the option of snow cables. I have an e92 M3

Yeah, spacers can do the job. I am just not on the "spacer" program on a performance car.
Especially an M3. We pay all that $$$, do the job right. GL |
