I think he was talking about an m3 coupe, and yes, that is a decent deal.

I'm getting a 2008 M3 convertible, 0 down, 16k allowance, 36 mths, $1221/mth

m3 lease

I leased a 08 M3 coupe, MSRP 85 000 paid 81 600. Lease with O down is 1589taxes in for 36 months with 24 000 km per year. Based on reading this forum, you should be able to do slightly better on existing 08s.

On 08 M3 sedan there is a factory to dealer credit of $6990 + any dealer discount that you can get.I would think that on a demo that the total discount should be at least $11-12000.

Even on 2008 coupes, there are factory to retailer credits of around 3500 and lease rates of 4.9 and finance rates of 2.9. I would think dealers would add about 5% off at least on top. My lease rate was 7.9 percent with only 4% off overall. It is a great time to get a coupe right now.
