How do you guys do it??

I want to put a Gintani supercharger on my car really bad! How to you guys afford these expensive mods? I know what your thinking (we drive m3's). I paid cash for my car, but only because I got a big dividend check from my company.

How are you guys affording the SC? Credit card? Just a baller ? What?

Also what other must have mods go along with running a SC car? Brakes? Im not into the fancy spoilers and CF doo da's I just want speed.

The fact is, some of the people on this forum have assloads of money, and some are BARELY able to (and probably shouldn't) afford a 2008 M3. That's the reality... some are richer than others.

war profiteering.

on a serious note, highly modifying a car while at the time might sound like fun its not. enjoy the car for what it is and when you want more car move on to something that is better suited towards your new set of needs.

In my humble opinion, I don't think you should mod past a certain level. Personally, I will ALWAYS stop at exhaust, intake, spark plugs, and ECU flash. If you start looking at forced induction and the additional mods needed to accomplish such a task, then, as stated previously, why not just upgrade to more car? I will never comprehend dropping an additional $20-30K into a car that costs $70K, when you can just buy a $90-100k car to begin with.

However, I understand that some people just 'love' to mod and that will always drive them to spend more on mods.

Organ harvesting. If you've got a good kidney, i'm sure we can get you a new supercharger, or stroker if you throw in a piece of liver.
