OEM Exhaust tips, how to clean?

I'm not a carcleaner but anyway, my 4 oem exhausttips are getting grey/blackish. What's the best way to clean them? I'm from NorthWest EU, so some cleaning brands are not available here...

Cheers,
Robin

Use some sort of chrome/stainless steel polish. I use Mother's polish. I clean the inside of my tips too, so they look shiny inside and out!

A trick I picked up from Picus:

Spray the tips with WD-40 and let it sit, then scrub off, results will surprise you. You can spray when the tips are warm, but DO NOT spray on hot pipes.

Yep, WD-40 user here, too.

Try Rejex

Rejex works great. It is used by the US Military to clean off exhaust residue from Blackhawk Helicopters. After the initial application, you should be able to remove any exhaust reside or tar with a damp rag. You can even put it on the inside of the exhaust pipes to keep them clean.
