Shortage of Premium fuel?

On Sunday I went to three gas stations and they were out of premium fuel. Anyone else have this happen in the area?

yesterday I fill up my DD here at Fairfax (R29 & R50)noticed the premium pump was plastic wrapped, I went ahead a just use ultra. Did NOT check the other stations nearby though, I didnt want to waste gas looking for premium.

The station that I normally fill up on Shell on georgia ave, was out of both premium and super! The next day they had both to my relief!

It looks like it is just shortages here and there. I went back to my main station last night and was able to fill up. Perhaps it was mainly a Shell issue.

hmm

I was just wondering What If:

-the gas proces were this good last Spring would
1. M3 sales be better and
2. M3 prices may hold steadier alot longer
3. it not be possible to see a .9% interest coz of all the surpluses
4. not seen any /M driving class included in the purchases

was the intention of offering the school to boost sales because of high gas prices or lagging sales?

its part of the reason.. but also I feel it was to expose their BMW driving schools more. I would think that in this economy, no one has that extra cash to spend on extra-curricular activities like such.. thats why they added the additional incentive

someone posted there nice experience here btw
