You asked for it, and here it is, but I don't think you'll like it. The pitbull with lipstick is turning out to be just a pig after all.

The words "lightweight", "sophomoric", and yes, even "airhead" come to mind when I listen to her talk.

You can say what you want about Obama, but one thing is crystal clear:

Ms Palin is definitely NOT "The One".

YES. Can you 2 term President George Bush. But this whole election is MUCH worse. McCain and Palin are jokes. McCain is a shell of what he used to be and Palin never was and never will be. Watching her on Couric leads me to think that she will never be ready for the big leagues.

No your candidate is that weak....think about Bill Ayres and ACORN...the fact that the dems aren't rolling McCain only points to their own weakness...heck...and McCain isn't even campaigning ('cause he lost his mind too)

Interestingly enough McCains favorability ratings have taken a hit over the last couple of days, down from +17 to just +12. And the electoral map is leaning harder to Obamas side now (up 54). There may be hope yet.

Incredible.
Ehhh? You need to drop the party speaking points on this one. I've heard Obama speak "off the cuff" many times, including in-person without the benefit of a tele-prompter. He is remarkably sharp and quick witted. Not to mention the fact that he was the editor of the Harvard Law Review. Also, letís not forget all of those debates we watched, sans tele-prompter.

The cynicism here is insane.

What does being editor of the Harvard Law Review have to do with extemporaneous speaking? He even admits that as an attorney he preferred to write than speak in the courtroom.

I watched those debates, he floundered constantly and was an expert at talking around issues.

There is a reason the man goes nowhere without a teleprompter and refused McCain's offer of 10 "town hall" meetings. He recognizes his own weaknesses.

My point is that you are desperately trying to directly or indirectly portray him as an imbecile, incapable of reasoned thought without being spoon fed. While it might be true that his public speaking skills may not translate well in this medium, bottom line he is smart. In fact, academically he is far more accomplished the either McCain or Palin.

For those that may not have understood the exceptionally complex response given by Palin regarding the bail out, here it is in an easily digestible format:

Solefald thanks for the clip it's hilarious. But I disagree, this girl almost makes Palin seem kinda smart, almost, kinda, a little, O.K. maybe not.

i dont blame her. it's too much information (learning how the country works) for one person to learn in a month.

No, but this economic meltdown is what average American voter worries about right now. She could at least have some respect for American people and spend some time learning about this issues, so she does not look ridiculous.

On top of that this is her 3rd interview, and questions are pretty much identical across all 3 interviews. Economy, Energy, Healthcare, Foreign Policy.
These are 4 topics that she MUST know and she MUST be able to answer those basic high level questions no matter what. Lessons Learned? Apparently NONE.
