She is not used to dealing with all the scumbaggery that goes on on Capitol Hill. She doesn't want to throw McCain under the bus, but you can see her internal conflict raging over the campaign manager taking cough cough bribes.

And the McCain campaign knows that she needs alot of work. The day before this interview Biden had done 80 interviews after becoming the VP nom, Palin only 2!

What interview? That was a couple clips out of an interview. Do you have a link to the entire piece? No doubt these were the two worst moments. I would like to see how the rest of the interview went. It may not have been so bad.

You've seen clips that have been posted of Obama, McCain, and Biden in their weak moments. They are all idiots from that perspective. And a lot of stuff that could be shown likely has not been shown. Couple of clips? This is over ten minutes of uncut interview. This thing shows a weak and uniformed candidate. Thank goodness I'm an independent.

I can't see this clip but I watched most of the interview last night. It was hard to watch her. As someone else said, she's in way over her head. Her campaign doesn't seem to have let her in to much, just told her to follow a word track. When the conversation goes off that track, she scrambled. It was very unfortunate to also see the inner turmoil about their campaign boss being lopped in with this scandal/payoff of lobbyists. She seems to know he was wrong and generally wouldn't stand for it, but she's pinched, knowing it's her own party that's doing this.

It is amusing how this woman has got the left so worried. Joe Biden makes incredibly stupid comments on a daily, if not hourly basis. Barack Obama can't piece together a coherent sentence without the benefit of a teleprompter and is unsure to this day if the Surge succeeded or not but Sarah Palin who is well known in the state she governs and has a 70+% approval rating is somehow less than competent.
