Try the celebrity LEMONADE CLEANSER (google it and you will find the simple recipe and directions on drinking it)
It should work if you stick to the plan.

thats pretty a pretty unhealthy goal. if you wanna lose weight i suggest doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Wait until at least a half hour after cardio to eat. i suggest eating 4-5 light meals or 3 light meals with healthy snacks in betweenwith light carbs, a lean protein and a fiber ( vegetable). Lean proteins include chicken, eggs, fish. Also, try to keep you last meal at least 4 hours before your bedtime. For snacks, try things with high fiber or protein to help you feel more full. I personally like yogurts, blueberries and nuts.

also, another great tip is to cut all unnecessary carbs, no sugary sodas, no energy drinks. If you would normally make a sandwich with white bread, try using a lighter whole grain bread. Instead of white rice eat brown rice.
I have heard that people have lost a decent amount of weight just from cutting excess sugars/carbs.

Obviously your goal in losing weight is to burn more calories than you intake.

good luck!

eat small meals but more often, so have like 6 small meals a day.

CHEW, CHEW and CHEW.

Chewing makes you feel fuller and helps digest your food better.

Try avoiding things that are white, like rice, bread, potatoes etc.

Depending on how heavy you are, 10 pounds should be simple to loose.

Do at least 30 mins of cardio a day. Don't do any muscle/weight training as this will increase muscle mass which weighs more than fat.

Eat foods that are low in GI.

Drink LOTS of water. Drink a glass full before you eat a meal, that way, you wont feel as hungry.

I am lucky but I have seen 100oz a day along with proper diet and get OFF the couch...and PC chair.

+1

But. . . .
How old are you?
How tall are you?
How much do you weigh now?
How are your current eating habits?
How often do you work out now?

Eat sallads (no dressing at all) for lunch every day, oatmeal (no sugar, no topping) w/low fat milk for breakfast every day, no sweets, no cakes/cookies and RUN 3 miles every other day. This way, you will live healthy and loose plenty. Eat your normal dinner. Only have raw fruits for snacks (apples, bananas, pears) or nuts (unprocessed). Avoid sugar sodas and ALL fried food.

Good luck, it only takes a short while and then this is easy to follow. It has helped me keep my 165 lbs (I am 6"0) the past 10 years.

You want to be 6'0 and 165lbs? You could probably use some meat/muscle

You need more protein in your diet..

To the OP, I recommend a high protein, high fat, low carb diet 6 days a week and eating high carbs+protein (no fat) one day a week. That plus working out will kill 10 lbs with a quickness, with minimal muscle loss.
