is it possible a knock-off 18 rim will come out?

I am beginning to lose hope on my 18 inch winter rim options. I have been looking for a set of used oem 18's but haven't found any. Does anyone think someone will make a 18 inch knock-off?

anyone have any experience with these guys?

why dont you go to one of the vendors on the forum like jlevisw.com or **********s.com they would have 18s that would fit the car and are usually more reliable than ebay sellers.

I am a little hesitate on modbargins because I ordered a set of m6 replicas for my 05 m3 and my shop had a really hard time balancing them out of the box. All 4 rims were a bit out of whack and required a ton of lead. Any else have a similar issue? Maybe I just got a bad set?

I'm looking for some winter rims, never thought of knockoffs. Sounds like a decent idea....

I love the concept, but I can't help you with vendor information. I would do the same, but my plan so far is to park the car for the winter.
