aftermarket body kits

ive always wondered; a good friend of mine once had the e46 m3 and he had the csl body kit and on the front and back bumpers, on the bottom where the carbon fiber part was, there was this sheet of protective transparent film (exactly like the invisible shield for the iPhone) to protect it from scratches, bumps etc. (genius). now, i never bothered to ask, does that come with aftermarket bumpers or do you have to special order that or did it come specifically on the csl kits. i'd love to hear about some companies that actually custom make the film or companies that have that already on their aftermarket bumpers. ( i partly made this to let people who have aftermarket bumpers know about this film because it is truly most useful)

Probably a clearbra or venture shield. It is an aftermarket paint protection applied similar to window tint.

Venture Shield might be able to do that. That's apart of Lamin-X, which we are well known for. We can probably get them to get you a pre-cut out one, if any--if not, we'll see if we can get them to custom cut it for your car's body.

its just a clear bra...there are many different types, makers, and installers...especially in Cali
