Nah. It will be fine. Republicans will declare a war with the hurricane, send it a strongly-worded latter of condemnation and then they will apply economic and diplomatic sanctions.

The convention will convene at 3:00 PM local time tomorrow and run until about 5:30 PM. The rest of the four day event is dependent upon Gustav.

Yes, and they will also run negative ads against Gustav claiming the storm is just a celebrity, comparing it to Brittany Spears and Paris Hilton.

Quite interesting how this time around BushCo and associates are tripping over each other trying to get in front of this hurricane, I expect to see George and Dick giving shoulder massages in NOLA by Tuesday.
