White E92 Track day at Croft...

What can I say, M3 was perfect. Cant fault it on the track, great car, great day. Ran it on the OEM 18s with PS2s which were spot on.

Pics for now, I'll upload some in car lap video and a drive by asap.

How did the brakes hold up and did you run with DSC on, MDM on or take a brave pill and run with DSC off completely.

P.S.
Look forward to you vid.

Brakes were fine although I have just been out in it and under hard braking they are 'humming' a bit which I'll look at tomorrow.

1st session with DSC on and the rest in MDM. Didnt turn the DSC completely off (mixture of first track day in 3 years, 1st track day in the M and no insurance!).

Vid wise it's 2-3 laps and half a gig at the moment soo too big, I have Quicktime Pro so I'll look at reducing the size tomorrow when I can work out how to do it.

Yeah, there's some big braking zones on that track, that is why I advised to only do a few laps at a time to give the brakes time to cool down. I'm curious, what speeds did you get up to?

Wise man, bravery and stupidity go hand in hand and thankfully you didn't succumb. Have you looked into the insurance?

I didn't see how the weather was over there yesterday, I take it the day stayed dry. How did you find MDM, does it allow a little play or is it a total killjoy like full DSC?

Glad to see someone else tracking their M

I've taken mine round Snetterton and the Nurburgring and it was superb at both
