Anyone had any problems with member cyba?

Just asking as I ordered a set of cf grills on june 10, payed the same day via paypal, and they were shipped out but NEVER got here. No tracking number to track it with. So I contacted him June 28 saying they did not get here and then again on July 3. He said he would send out new ones, but then said he does not have the 1x1 weave cf since there have been issues with them (which I am aware of). I kindly asked for a full refund over a week ago to which he replied he would take care of it in a few days when he has the funds in his paypal account. Tried contacting him yesterday morning and no reply. All I ask is for a full refund as he recieved my payment over a month ago. I would like this issue resolved and would rather he just give me the refund without having to get paypal involved. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I wouldn't worry too much as he has done business with many pleased members. I bought my matte black grills from him and it took unusually long for me to receive them (about 3 weeks), rest assured I did receive them after multiple PM's. I always got responses to PM's within 48 hours. Hope this helps.

cyba ships out of hong kong I believe, so my matte black grill took quite a while to show up as well. He was easy to deal with. Things should be okay.

he lives in taiwan and i got a set of matte black grills on last monday which i ordered exactly a week ago. i don't know what happen to your grills but if he said he will send you new one then should be no problem.

i think he ships from Taiwan. I ordered my CF grill and BELLOF LED angel eyes from him and they got here just fine.

Received my refund yesterday. Would do business again if the cf grill issues do get resolved. Thanks to those that replied.
