Oil Change

Since I got a call from my dealership a couple of days ago saying that I should bring the car in for an oil change at 600 miles I wanted to ask wheather this is something regular and have you guys had the same service done? I thought that it wasn't until the 1200 mark that any service had to be performed. The lady also told me that it would take a whole day and that I would get a loan car for the day. Thanks.

I was called at the 850 mile mark. the dealer told me that it wasnt based on milage but on the amount of fuel I had consumed..... whatever

I went in and had it done

Oh yeah the service indicator in the car was show 600 miles to go before service

The Service Indicator will tell you miles to first service, based on your driving. 600 is awfully early. Mine was over 1,200.
