well along side cars, one of my other big hobbies is the ocean, I started up this little online magazine last year to help raise awareness for one of my favorite, and for the most part, un known sports... skimboarding

Nice link! Love how the pros make that look so easy. I was in Tofino for a relative's wedding, during that time I got to try skimboarding out. Coming from a snowboarding and skateboarding background didn't help me out! I could get going but never made it to a wave like those guys do. I Found the hardest part was throwing it perfect enough to get on it. Hella fun though!

Skimboarding was crazy fun. But it wasnt the type of thing we planned for. Always just happened when one of our buddies would bring out a skimboard to the surf spot. Always fun to laugh at the person landing on his back after trying to catch some air

I noticed a bunch of high school kids riding skim boards on a river up here in Washington. Seems boring without a wave
