Any Dealerships selling under MSRP?

I am looking to purchase an E90 M3 soon. I live in Houston and don't believe that any of the dealerships here are selling for under MSRP. Anyone know of any dealerships in central/southwest Texas or even southern Louisiana that are dealing under MSRP?
