Thinking about a lightly loaded e90 M3 instead of a 335

08 BMWs are, I've heard, harder to import than previous years. If you search on the forum you'll find a couple of posts by someone who'd imported BMWs before, but gave up on the idea of importing an M3 because of the additional hassles.
