Price drop in late August?

Hello fellow M3ers. I am going to put my money down the end of May on an M3. Since I won't be able to drive the car until late August, it's absurd to buy it and let it sit for three months. My dealer said there is a chance that lease prices may fall near this time. Also, the E92 and E93 will be the hot cars (due to summer and they seem to be more popular anyhow), while I am going with the foor-door E90 (M-DCT). It is really unfortunate that BMW has decided to raise lease prices so high--I mean--you could get a 7 series for the same price. But we all know that is not as fun. So, if anyone has any input on this question, feel free to share.

Once again, now that the car is out and I don't want to creat another thread, I want to know how comfortable it is. Not for me, but rather my wife. In our current E90 330, her back begins to hurt on long distance trips. Our 330 has the basic seats--no sport or anything. If I set the M3 to Auto and set the dampers to the most forgiving setting+the seemingly more comfortable seats of the M3 will she be more comfortable? Even about the same will do--I figure the 330 E90 is her threshold, so for a daily driver a I need something somewhat comfy. I will not be happy with a S-Class or a 5/7 series for now, so that is out of the picture. I could picture an M5/6, but to be honest the M3 holds my attention.
