dooma350 pics w/tint & blacklines: Jerez Black M3 E90 sedan

OK, definitely long overdue.
Its not that I havenít taken pictures, they just havenít turned out very good.
I either waited too long after washing (like a few hours) or the conditions simply werenít good for photos.

But today the stars aligned.

1. I happened to wash my car (twice a week)
2. The time was late evening (less reflection)
3. Photos were within 1 hour of washing (a must for black)

I have 40% non metallic tint all around and as you can see, its pretty translucent. If the interior was black, it might have looked a bit darker (which I prefer) but Im sick of getting fixit tickets so if 40% doesnít get me hassled it works for me.

Mods I made to the car are nothing major, just CF roundels, GP thunder angel eye bulbs, and body colored reflectors (unibody). Iím considering a CF trunk and/or rear diffuser, but need to see how they look first on an e90.

I also tried out the smoked tails, but i wasnít feeling the look so I removed it. I did like how it looked on the e92, but IMO didnít look right on the e90. Luckily, mine was just a tint overlay kit so I was able to easily remove it.
Comments welcome!

Thanks for the comments. Yeah I definitely have clearance issues with dips, I need to be extra careful when exiting my driveway (less than 2 mph), otherwise it rubs against the bottom(not the bumper, but the fuzzy thing underneath). Its ok in reverse. I didnt get clearbra on it, still contemplating.

I got them from Jinxter (on ebay), he is a guy on this forum.
Im pretty happy with them, the color match is good and the fitment is excellent (being OEM). The paint over the part number issue doesnt bother me, as you can barely even see it 2 feet away (at least with JB)
The flush solution jinxter is working on should be interesting, but my main concern with that is fitment. Should look good if all goes well.

The car looks good. You mentioned above that you didn't like smoked tail lights. Have you considered the blacklines?

Funny you mention the blacklines, as I was debating it all morning. Up till today, I wasnt feeling those either, and was hoping some type of LED lights similar to the 2nd gen E46 would come out soon. Until I saw them on the tmoney's car, the cleanest 335i sedan I've seen.

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...1&postcount=79

So I'll be ordering a set of blacklines.

The blacklines will set the rear of your car off. I have a set on my 330i sedan as well.

Just some updated pics with blacklines. Install was very easy, probably took about 20 minutes. I like them alot, blends in well with the JB and the rest of the car. The look reminds me of my old E39 lenses. IMO, the balance between the silver and red lenses is much better now. Before it seemed red was a bit overwhelming, especially when combined with the contrasting white lenses. I hope they come out with a similar LED version soon.

The first is a before pic
