get a Hyper Optic tint to block out some of the sun and you can also use one of those windshield shades but what I usually do is as I'm walking towards car hold the open car button down on the key fob so all the window will go down as I'm walking towards it.....also I think there is an option in the Idrive that turns your air on a timer to keep the car cool, not sure if I'm correct since my old bimmer was pre Idrive but playing around w/ a friends Idrive I thought I saw it under the climate menu

Monsta is correct there is an option in ur idrive that will turn on the air circulation unit. Donīt have the manual in front of me, but if u look in their u can find out how to turn this on. Iīve used it and I think it works well, but is not aircon.

well i bought a black car so i had to take measures.

1. Ceramic Tint
2. BMW Sunshade
3. Car cover for when the car sits at the fiancee's parking lot for more than a day.
4. rolling down the windows with the remote? news to me.. i'll try it.
5. If its a predictable time that you return to your vehicle.. the iDrive vent feature would help.

Yeah, I posted about the one that I bought from BMW for the E9X. It fits well on the car costs about $315 if I remember from the thread that I posted on that Lucid started its Nappa.

I def. Recommend the BMW car cover it is perfect(it is made of special material i believe). It can cost anywhere from $200 to $300 the one I am thinking of. And whatever you do! Do NOT park under a tree! Tree sap will get onto your car and you will have much more to worry about then. And do not forget to condition your leather seats. And then u are set.
