Short shifter mods

Are there any short shifter mods out there yet...

and are there any shift boots and shifter and brake boots and brake levers that can be upgraded yet..

and would anyone know if there is a suede steering wheel out yet

BMW is going to have a suede steering wheel in its CSL. I think UUC Motorwerks is developing a short throw kit and Leatherz.com has Alcantara shift boots.
