Got my AW Tinted...Pics

I got these done last week, didnt get a chance to post pics...I went with a Carbon tint film (supposivly doesnt fade) 18%....

Its a Carbon tint film...i used a guy who actually tints for Rallye BMW which is a HUGE dealership out here in NY. Quality seems great, and it doesnt fade.

Also BMW has those Dots on the back windshield that some tints have a hard time clinging to, it came out good on the back, and the guy also told me to come back in 30 days and for 10 mins hell squeegee it so he gets most of the bubbles off of the top where the dots are...itwill never be perfect, this is something every BMW has..happy with the job tho..

I'm debating tints for my M3. Reason is for the first time in approx 8 years of driving in the tri state area I got pulled over by some racist metuchen,nj asshat cop for tints (my family and I were on the way to a funeral for an ex metuchen fire fighter's wife, my wifes aunt no less, we were 100ft away from the home). My cousin is a NJ state trooper but he didn't care. He wrote me 4 tickets, I guess he didn't like brown people driving expensive cars in his town (I'm asian/russian). Long story short, I got a lawyer for the tickets and I plan on making his life hell by complaining to their IA.

I am not planning on using front plates so I'm hoping the lack of tints will offset that. Wishful thinking? And no my tints are not super dark, they are in fact pretty light, I think 15%? I don't remember. It just looks very dark on silver cars.

15% is pretty dark....

then it's probably 20%. I always forget what I got on my 5 series when people ask me.
