i agree.. i really was crazy over the rs4 when it came out but the e46 still had a safe spot in my heart.. i feel that the e90 m3 will have the same effect on me.. so the m3 gets my vote.

plus- the rs4 will get worse gas mileage than the M3 and will be more expensive to maintain (vs. bmw maintenence).
